Welcome to Hotell Krey!

I run a small, cozy hotel with 6 rooms, and I live in the other part of the house.

All rooms have their own shower, toilet, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located by the E18 near Bofors and Rosendal. We are close to an Circle-K petrol station with electric carcharger.
Då mitt hotell är så litet har jag ingen bemannad reception, utan entré sker via porttelefon och kodlås. However, I am often on-site.

Despite its proximity to the E18 and the town, the location is secluded and peaceful.

I do not have a restaurant, but you can make a cup of coffee or tea in the evening. Help yourself to sandwiches, yogurt, and more from the fridge. A microwave is also available. You can also read one of the daily newspapers. Large free parking is available.

Or take an evening stroll through the beautiful surroundings. Walk along the old canal all the way to Björkborn Manor, once Alfred Nobel’s residence.

I accept the most common credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express.

The hotel is smoke-free.

Directions

The hotel is centrally located in Karlskoga, close to Bofors, Circle-K gas station, Bofors station, Rosendal, and more. The hotel entrance is on the western side of the building, facing the river.

From Karlstad, Oslo on E18:

– Pass the large roundabout, drive 2.5 km.
– Pass a Circle-K gas station (formerly Statoil) on the left side.
– Turn right immediately after the bridge over the Timsälven river.
– Turn left under the viaduct.
– Take the first left and then the second road on the right.

Sign at the exit on E18: Rosendal, Bofors Port R.

From Örebro, Stockholm on E18:

– Pass a Preem gas station and Frasses hamburgers on the right side.
– Take the 3rd exit on the right and then immediately turn left.
If you have crossed the bridge and passed the Circle-K gas station (formerly Statoil), you have gone too far.
Sign at the exit on E18: Rosendal, Bofors Port R.
